I have been friends with Diane since 1971. She was such a caring person always there for me and my boys. She was like sister to me and I will miss her like crazy. Rest in peace Diane xx

Dear Diane,
Thank you for always being kind to me and always reaching out. Thanks for raising a wonderful and loyal son who has always had mine and my kiddos back. He is forever family to me. I only wish I had got to know you more as no doubt you are very loved and will be missed by all. Rest in peace. Love Sabiha xx

My Dearest Di,
We met Sunday, 11th June 1972 and fell in love on that day, I don't know the exact moment but it was probably lunchtime at the Gateacre Hall pub. But I was in Leeds and you were in Liverpool. We wrote and you kept some of our letters. You listed all your faults so I would know what to expect. You said your only positives were your fingers (excluding nails) and earlobes! I promised to try and be the best I could for you. We became inseparable and on 25th October 1975 we promised to have and to hold, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death us do part. We had them all but they all made us closer. I loved you on 28th October 2022 as I did on 11th June 1972, if not more. I miss you so much. I will sign off this letter as I did then. All my love always xxxxx to infinity and more.
Mike
